We commonly see Steller sea lions, sea otters, Dall porpoise, and perhaps even Orca or Humpback whales. There is also a variety of ducks and waterfowl present at this time of the year. View Bear Glacier, a piedmont glacier stemming from the Harding Field located in Kenai Fjords National Park. The hanging glaciers of Resurrection Bay will provide a scenic backdrop for your photos.

Every tour includes general admission to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center (AWCC), located just 40 minutes south of Anchorage. The AWCC provides an opportunity to view moose, bears, caribou, musk ox and others up close. Take a self-guided tour through this amazing place designed for the care and rehabilitation of wildlife rescued in Alaska.

Please note: We have plenty of inside seating for all of our guests; however some of our guests are true outdoor enthusiasts who choose to spend the day outdoors on the deck. If this describes you, make sure you bring a warm coat, hat and gloves so you can enjoy the immense beauty in comfortable fashion.


Coach Transportation
We offer narrated coach service in conjunction with the cruise dates listed above and on request for other dates as needed through Alaska Heritage Tours, our parent company. Relax in comfort as our driver points out the best views and wildlife spotted along the way. Our coach service operates by request only and is ideal for conferences and conventions, meetings and groups -- or any special occasion.
